Ingredients: Organic quinoa
Cooking Suggestions: Quinoa is a high-energy grain and very easy to digest. To prepare, wash grain well to remove the bitter saponin that naturally covers it. Strain in a fine strainer then rinse. Add approx. 2 C. water to 1 C. quinoa, cook down for 15 mins. Serve.
