Made from finely ground whole soybeans this soy flour is commonly used in making dango, a Japanese sweet dumpling, and traditional Japanese confections known as wagashi.Use this kinako to make traditional dango and wagashi or to make a delicious kinako powder drink. To make this drink:
1. Mix 1 tablespoon of soybean powder with 1 cup of milk
2. Add rice malt or honey to taste
