Ingredients: Organic yellow soybeans
Cooking Suggestions: Wash soybeans well, as they are organic and may have naturally occurring dirt. Soak Yellow Soybeans with cold water for at least 8 hours or overnight. Drain, and rinse with fresh water. Add a strip of kombu (Japanese Kelp) to a pressure-cooker or pot and cover with the yellow soybeans. are soft or pressure cook them to steam them. Cook at least 30-40 minutes or until soft. Cool and use for delicious homemade tofu!
