Lundberg Organically-Grown Sushi Rice is grown by the Lundberg families of Richvale, California on their fertile, organically composted farms of the upper Sacramento Valley. Absolutely no toxic or synthetic chemicals, fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides or seed treatments are employed in the cultivation of our rice. Our sushi rice is a Akitakomatchi variety that is grown in northern California. The beautiful pearl-like grains have a light, clean fresh taste that is perfect for making sushi and other delicate dishes.
