These bamboo chopsticks are far superior to chopsticks typically included with Asian cuisine here in the southwest. Most often I encounter chopsticks made of softwoods, such as pine which are subject to splintering, staining and warping. On the other hand, these bamboo chopsticks are sturdy, straight, stain free and can even be washed and reused if desired. Great sticks at a great price.
